New York City FC just announced the schedule for their group-stage games in the 2024 Leagues Cup.
NYCFC will host Liga MX's Querétaro FC at Yankee Stadium on Sunday, July 28 at 8 pm ET. The team will then go on the road to face FC Cincinnati at TQL Stadium on Monday, August 5 at 8 pm ET.
Last year, New York City advanced out of the group stage after losing 0-1 to Atlas FC at Citi Field in a game that might be best remembered for the tweet Atlas posted that quoted Nazi reichsminister Joseph Goebbels, then beating Toronto FC 5-0 at Red Bull Arena. NYCFC went on to lose to the New York Red Bulls in the Round of 32.
The general public will be able to purchase tickets for the game against Querétaro on Monday, March 25 at 1 pm ET.
