A total of 14 Major League Soccer and six National Women's Soccer League clubs will participate in the 2025 Coachella Invitational. MLS games run from February 1 to February 15, and NWSL games from February 16 to February 22.

New York City will play four matches, including one against expansion side San Diego FC. That's an increase over the three games NYCFC played in the 2024 edition. Tickets for matches will go on sale this Wednesday, December 18 at 5 pm ET at coachellavalleyinvitational.com.
The matches were livestreamed last year, which gave fans a taste of what to expect from a rebuilt NYCFC squad. The cameras were far from the field, and looking at the livestream was like watching a game from the nosebleeds, but even then you could see that Malachi Jones, who had just been selected in the MLS SuperDraft, was making a case for himself to be considered for the First Team. He went on to make his MLS debut in March on Matchday 5, an away loss to FC Cincinnati.
There is no word on how to livestream games for the 2025 Coachella Invitational. We will update this post once that information becomes available.
