New York City vs Orlando player ratings

Matt Freese was once again your Player of the Match and received the team's highest rating, with his saves the reason New York City FC left Orlando with a valuable away point.

Another draw for New York City FC and another set of mixed player ratings.

A stretch of four straight New York City matches on the road concluded at Inter&Co Stadium, a 1-1 salvaged thanks to a Hannes Wolf goal and some excellent Matt Freese saves.

Those two players scored the highest in your latest ratings, 7.9 and 8.6 respectively, another strong showing for two players who have been key parts of NYCFC's 2024 improvement.

The rest of the team lagged, though, as no non-Wolf attacking players earned ratings over 6.5, which seems appropriate for another away day that was low on scoring chances or attacking fluidity.

New York City has gone winless in its last six road matches, though three straight draws to close out this run of away games takes out some of the sting of that winless away run. Read on for the full ratings rundown from Orlando.
