New York City FC come up short at home after letting a one-goal lead slip to an Atlanta United that placed six shots on target.
A New York City tied for the fewest goals in the league found the back of the net when Santiago Rodríguez converted a first-half penalty. But an Atlanta that was without leading goalscorer Georgios Giakoumakis drew even in the second half when Jamal Thiaré put one past an otherwise excellent Matt Freese.
Now it’s time for you to rate the New York City players. The ratings form will remain open until midnight tomorrow — that’s Sunday, April 7. The results will be published on Monday, April 8.
