BREAKING: NYCFC vs Toronto postponed due to water main break

The NYCFC vs Toronto FC game will now take place tomorrow, September 1, at 1 pm ET.

Moments ago, New York City FC announced that tonight’s game against Toronto FC at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, NJ, will be postponed due to a water main break. All water to the stadium was shut off, forcing the change.

Talk about – ahem – breaking news.

The game is now scheduled for tomorrow, September 24, at 1 pm ET.

NYCFC’s match tonight against Toronto FC has been rescheduled due to a water main break to the pipeline that services Red Bull Arena. As local authorities assess the damage, all water to the stadium has been shut down. 

Tonight’s match has been rescheduled for tomorrow, September 24 at 1:00pm ET. The Club apologizes for the inconvenience to fans and as always thanks fans for their fantastic support.
