New York City FC lost a second straight home match in a span of days, this one a 1-3 defeat at Yankee Soccer Stadium at the hands of first-place FC Cincinnati. Now it’s time for you to make you voice heard by rating the NYCFC players. Go ahead, tell us what you really think.

The form will remain open until noon tomorrow, June 1. The results will be published later that afternoon.

Three thoughts:
NYCFC had an opening Gabi Pereira goal disallowed due to a “foul” allegedly committed by Gabe Segal in the build-up. It was one of many dubious decisions made by referee Armando Villareal, a hugely controversial figure on the night, and one who drew the ire of NYCFC players and coaches alike.
The NYCFC lineup and formation were overhauled by head coach Nick Cushing, in part due to three injury absentees and in part due to rotation on a three-match week. The changes did not mean a change in fortune for a struggling NYCFC team that is now winless in its last seven played in all competitions, having catastrophically earned just one single point from their last six MLS matches.
Braian Cufré earned a first start since the match away to Charlotte FC and managed to score his first goal since joining NYCFC, so consider him a rare bright spot in an otherwise depressing night in the Bronx.
